Shipping policy

Order Processing

Every Awaeken piece is prepared with care before it leaves our hands. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

We utilize DHL GoGreen for a sustainable and reliable delivery experience within the Netherlands. To ensure maximum convenience, most orders are shipped as tracked mailbox parcels, meaning you do not need to be home to receive your package.

  • Standard Shipping: €5,95 (fully tracked).

  • Complimentary Shipping: All orders of €85 and above.

International Shipping (Belgium)

To provide the most efficient service for our community in Belgium, we partner with PostNL.

  • Standard Shipping: €6,95 (fully tracked).

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days.

Europe & International

For other European countries (EU), we offer a flat shipping rate of €14,95. For international orders outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Import Duties: For orders outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Responsibility & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a Track & Trace link. Awaeken is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.
