Return Window

We stand behind every piece in our collection. Should something not be quite right, you are welcome to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order by reaching out to us at info@awaeken.world. Once your return has been acknowledged, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, we ask that the following conditions are met:

• The item is unworn and unwashed, showing no signs of use beyond a careful try-on.
• All original labels and hangtags remain intact and attached.
• The item is preferably returned in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is included, your order confirmation email is perfectly sufficient.

Please note: Should an item show signs of wear beyond what is reasonably expected from trying it on, we reserve the right to reflect any reduction in value in the refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the process, send us an email at info@awaeken.world with the following details:

1. Your name
2. Your order number
3. The item(s) you wish to return
4. Your reason for returning (optional)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and, where applicable, a return label. 

Please note: we only provide a pre-paid return label if the item is defective or if the wrong product was delivered.

Return Shipping

Standard returns such as sizing or preference, are the responsibility of the customer in terms of shipping costs.

Defective or incorrect items should you receive something that is damaged or not what you ordered, we will of course cover the cost of the return in full.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are excluded from our return and refund policy. All clothing items including those purchased during a sale, are subject to our standard return terms.

Damages & Discrepancies

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If anything appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@awaeken.world as soon as possible. We will personally assess the situation and ensure it is resolved, whether through a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

The most seamless way to exchange an item for a different size or colour is to return your current piece and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, you hold a statutory right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt no reason required. Our 30-day return window extends beyond this legal minimum as a gesture of confidence in what we create. Item condition requirements remain as outlined above.

Refunds

Upon receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you of its approval. Once approved:

• The purchase price will be refunded in full. If the entire order is returned, original standard shipping costs are refunded as well.
• Refunds are issued via your original payment method.
• We aim to process all refunds within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Please allow for additional processing time on the side of your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and nothing has appeared in your account, don't hesitate to reach out at info@awaeken.world
